WHO IS THIS QUALIFICATION FOR?
The Highfield Level 2 Award in Food Safety course is designed for people who work, or intend to work in the catering, hospitality, food or drink production and retail environment where food is produced, prepared, cooked, handled and served. Candidates will be equipped with the practical skills necessary to work safely with food. It is also appropriate for those providing services to catering premises including pest-control operators, maintenance engineers, cleaners, and laundry and delivery personnel.

Candidates who successfully pass the exam at the end of the E-learning course will receive a certificate awarded by Highfield Qualifications. The course meets all mandatory training requirements and is recognised by local Environmental Health Officers.
