Highfield Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering (RQF)
This one-day course is essential for anyone working in a catering, hospitality or retail setting (or those about to start work in the industry) where food is prepared, cooked and handled. Candidates will be equipped with the practical skills necessary to work safely with food. It is also appropriate for those providing services to catering premises including pest-control operators, maintenance engineers, cleaners, and laundry and delivery personnel.
The Highfield Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering sits on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).
