WHO IS THIS QUALIFICATION FOR?
The Highfield Level 2 Award in Food Safety course is designed for people who work, or intend to work in the catering, hospitality, food or drink production and retail environment where food is produced, prepared, cooked, handled and served. Candidates will be equipped with the practical skills necessary to work safely with food. It is also appropriate for those providing services to catering premises including pest-control operators, maintenance engineers, cleaners, and laundry and delivery personnel.
Candidates who successfully pass the exam will receive a nationally recognised certificate awarded by Highfield Qualifications. Please find the course fact sheet in the supporting document below.

This course runs on various dates over the year. Please email [email protected] for recent course dates and to book the course.
Course fee £89, No VAT to add. Course fee includes course handouts, Highfield qualification and exam registration fee and Highfield certificate.
We can offer by agreement 2 FREE places when a community group can host a training session free of charge, allowing us selling the other ten places to other groups or businesses.
