WHO IS THIS QUALIFICATION FOR?
The Highfield Level 2 Award in Food Safety course is designed for people who work, or intend to work in the catering, hospitality, food or drink production and retail environment where food is produced, prepared, cooked, handled and served. Candidates will be equipped with the practical skills necessary to work safely with food. It is also appropriate for those providing services to catering premises including pest-control operators, maintenance engineers, cleaners, and laundry and delivery personnel.
This course sits on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). Candidates who successfully pass the exam will receive a nationally recognised certificate awarded by Highfield Qualifications. Please find the course fact sheet in the supporting document below.
