Do you have a work / group related issue that has been niggling you for a while but you can't seem to find the time to resolve it?

Do you want to develop / start a new community business or community group but you are struggling to put all your thoughts and ideas into a plan?

If these questions resonate, then coaching could be for you!

Coaching is a personal and confidential discussion between yourself (coachee) and a qualified coach. The coach acts as a facilitator to the discussion, supporting you to find solutions to agreed goals and helping to build your confidence and resourcefulness for the future.

Coaching can support you to grow in your current situation but it can also help you prepare for your next step.

Your coach isn’t there to offer you guidance or advice (that’s more of a mentoring role) but to remain neutral and merely question and sometimes challenge you in order to find solutions.

You have all the solutions to your issues, you just need the time, confidential space and challenge to help you find those solutions sometimes.

If you work in the community and you have some goals / objectives that you want to achieve, why not get in touch and see if coaching could help you?
